Television Executive Veteran Charles Paige Joins TelVue® Sales & Marketing Team
October 31, 2011 - (Mount Laurel, NJ) TelVue Corporation (OTCQB: TEVE), the innovation leader in digital broadcast video server and live Internet streaming technology for hyperlocal and community media, today announced that Charles Paige has joined TelVue’s Sales & Marketing team. Mr. Paige, a 30-year TV broadcast industry veteran, was most recently Executive Director of two public access channels where he led the re- launch of the access facilities as non-profit organizations.
Paige, a resident of Maynard, Massachusetts and an Emmy-nominated broadcast professional, comes to TelVue with more than three decades of experience in all phases of broadcast and community television operation, along with experience in satellite and broadband technology development. During his successful career, Paige has led the development efforts for five new broadcast television stations, and created and launched programming and promotion strategies that generated millions of dollars in revenue returns. Paige’s broadcast background includes network affiliate stations in Dallas-Ft. Worth, St. Louis, New Orleans, Sacramento, Tucson, Tulsa, and Philadelphia.
Mr. Paige will support and educate TelVue’s New England customer base, deploying and upgrading technology for public, education and government access channels, as well as promoting high definition, digital and IP- based solutions to area broadcast stations and cable systems.
