– TelVue Corporation (OTC.BB: TEVE) has announced a formal relationship with Troxell Communications, a nationwide reseller and distributor of audio-visual and video equipment to the K-12 and Higher Education marketplace. Troxell will resell all TelVue products and services, including the flagship TelVue Princeton™ digital broadcast server line, the WEBUS® multi-user bulletin board and digital signage service and PEG.TV™, an internet based Video-on-Demand and Live Streaming Video service.

As part of the reseller relationship, TelVue has elected to participate in Troxell’s Education Scholarship/Grant Rebate program. The Troxell Grant Rebate program is designed to support students and educational institutions throughout the United States by providing monetary assistance intended to supplement limited school district budgets. TelVue will provide significant rebates to those educational institutions purchasing several key models of TelVue Princeton™ digital broadcast servers.
