MONTREAL, Quebec — September 21, 2020 — Matrox® Video today announces that the high-performance Matrox Extio™ 3 IP KVM extenders were validated by Sony Imaging Products & Solutions Inc. ("Sony") with its premier PWS-4500 4K/HD live production server. Featuring best-in-class 4Kp60 and full HD video extension and switching support, Extio 3 delivers a scalable and secure KVM matrix over IP, allowing users to easily access, share, and control PWS-4500 servers on the network. With this validation, production facilities, OB vans, and TV studios can confidently deploy highly-efficient, streamlined infrastructures for a wide range of live production applications, including live sports, events, news, and more.
